Directions:

For best results, wash and dry the affected area. Apply 5 sprays (1 ml) of oil on skin and rub until absorbed. You may feel a slight tingling sensation, which is normal. Leave on about 10 minutes. If desired, rinse skin after use. Repeat if needed in 4 hours.

For best results, wash and dry the affected area. Apply gel about the size of a nickel (4 ml) and rub until absorbed. You may feel a slight tingling sensation, which is normal. Leave on for about 15 minutes. If desired, rinse skin after use. Repeat if needed in 4 hours.
